Service Levels and Optional Testing Packages

A suite of service levels supports Deno technology to meet the needs of your team through asset lifecycle stages.  We deliver our services as stand-alone monitoring, or we can integrate them with your existing independent, inverter-based, or proprietary monitoring application.  Every project requires our Basic, Advanced, or Expert service level.  New projects often add our EPC Test Package to support performance commissioning and capacity testing.

Basic Service

PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKING

This essential service includes Expected (weather-adjusted) modeling using Deno sensors and data ingestion from any Modbus TCP or RTU device.    Key features include user-managed monitoring, API, charting, alarms/alerts, and performance reporting. 

Our Performance Benchmarking service supports managers with the reliability and confidence of Deno benchmarking technology while supplementing and adding a backup data management system to existing third-party monitoring services.

ADVANCED SERVICE

ENERGY ACCOUNTING

Our most popular service adds automated real-time loss identification and model management to our basic service.  Key features include the Deno Learned operating profile and detailed Expected model versus actual performance reconciliation.

Energy Accounting delivers more accurate and detailed performance reporting, refocusing asset managers to spend more time maximizing production and less time struggling to make sense of inconsistent and confusing data.

Optimization Guide

Our most advanced service adds a feed of Denowatts-generated optimization opportunities to Energy Accounting.  Key features include periodic reviews by Denowatts data scientists and performance experts.

The Optimization Guide service feeds actionable tasks and insights into the hands of managers to correct wasteful loss conditions and achieve maximum asset performance.

TESTING SERVICES

EPC TESTING PACKAGE

An optional service for any project, Denowatts provides performance commissioning and ISO 17025 Accredited ASTM E2848 and IEC 61724-2 Capacity Test Reports. 

Deno technology and expert team provide this essential service to assist the transition from construction to an operating asset, including training, commissioning support, and root cause analysis to get projects off to the right start.
